Information you submit
When you use an intake, contact, application, landing page, or meeting form, HyLo Inno receives the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email, phone, organization, role, program interest, notes, and optional market context such as ZIP or postal code when you enter it.
HyLo uses submitted information to review your request, respond, route you to relevant programs or partners, maintain an appropriate relationship record, and understand ecosystem demand. Form submissions are operational lead records, not just analytics events.
ZIP and market context
ZIP or postal code fields are optional. When provided, HyLo may use them for geographic impact mapping, market analysis, ecosystem reporting, and campaign performance review. If you consent to analytics or advertising measurement, HyLo may also request approximate IP-based location data from a geolocation provider, currently ipwho.is, such as city, region, country, and postal code when available. This inferred location is approximate, may be inaccurate, and is stored separately from ZIP or postal code information you type into a form.
Necessary storage
The site stores your cookie preference in your browser so it can remember your choice. Necessary storage does not build an advertising profile and cannot be disabled through the preference panel because the panel needs it to function.
Analytics
If you consent, analytics technology may measure page views, traffic sources, device and browser context, general location signals provided by analytics vendors, and interactions with the site, including high-intent actions such as booking clicks, program clicks, map clicks, form starts, and form submissions. HyLo uses this information to understand what is useful and improve campaigns, content, and outreach.
Advertising and retargeting
If you consent and the relevant accounts are configured, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag technology may measure advertising performance and help HyLo reach visitors again on those platforms. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers under their own privacy terms. HyLo does not activate these optional tools before the corresponding consent is granted.
Internal event database
HyLo may store first-party website events, attribution fields, approximate inferred location fields, and form-submission context in an internal database or spreadsheet connected through approved service providers such as Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. Internal event records may include page path, traffic source, campaign parameters, device type, timezone, consent status, high-intent action type, and inferred geography. HyLo avoids sending sensitive free-text form answers to advertising platforms.
Your choices
You can accept all optional technology, allow analytics without advertising, or use necessary storage only. Reopen the panel at any time using the Cookie choices button at the lower-left corner of the site. If you switch to necessary only, the site attempts to clear known first-party analytics and advertising cookies and removes HyLo's first-party analytics session record from your browser.
Retention and sharing
HyLo retains submitted information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided, active relationship management, operational records, impact reporting, or legal obligations. Campaign and site event logs should be reviewed on a regular schedule and retained only while useful for analytics, attribution, and reporting. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site and, when relevant to your request, with program or ecosystem partners. HyLo does not sell form submissions.
Contact
Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through the HyLo contact page. This notice should be reviewed with counsel as tracking accounts, vendors, and business practices change.
