A movement to build Tampa Bay by measuring it first.

What HyLo Inno Is

Five pillars.
One system.

HyLo Inno is a subdivision and movement of GROW CEO, Generating Revenue Opportunities and Wellness. We exist to shape the strategic development of the Tampa Bay ecosystem through five pillars working as one system: events, accelerators, incubators, content, and data.

The belief underneath all of it: you build an ecosystem by tying yourself to the data and filling in the gaps. Everything we run is downstream of that.

The Lineage

This isn't a first attempt.

The approach was forged in South Florida.

Digital Grass

Built the original playbook: media, events, and a campaign engine designed to measure social impact, not just generate it.

W3RTech

Carried it forward, including the ITmap that helped people navigate the scene and the Tech, Beats & Bytes media franchise. W3RTech remains active today as a 501(c)(3), running hands-on STEM education programming that has reached more than 500 students since 2016.

HyLo Inno

The matured version, rebuilt around Tampa Bay and around a single discipline: track the ecosystem, then build into what the data reveals.

The instinct to measure first has been there the whole time. HyLo Inno is what it grows into.

The Catalyst

Tampa Bay Tech Week is the moment that concentrates the energy.

The catalyst event of this movement — the week the rest of the system tracks year-round.

The Operator

The window to build is now.

Co-founder Michael Hall brings more than a decade of market-building experience from South Florida into Tampa Bay.

The thesis is simple and hard-won: Tampa Bay is sitting at the inflection point Miami occupied several years ago. The window favors whoever can actually see the board.

The Partners

Anchored by commitment.

Tampa Bay and South Box Capital serve as our primary strategic partners, anchoring the capital and the regional commitment behind the movement.
