About the HyLo Inno Map Initiative

You can't invest in what you can't see.

Tampa Bay's innovation economy is real and growing fast. It also lives in fragments.

Founders, investors, operators, and newcomers hear that something is happening here, but no single place shows where, who is building it, or where they fit. The HyLo Inno Map brings it into one view: the organizations, startups, workspaces, capital, and events that make up the region's innovation economy, kept live and always on.

The Map is a HyLo Inno initiative. HyLo Inno (Hyper Local Investments and Innovation) is a subdivision and movement of GROW CEO (Generating Revenue Opportunities and Wellness), shaping the strategic development of the Tampa Bay ecosystem through events, accelerators, incubators, content, and data. Tampa Bay Tech Week is a catalyst event of the movement, with Tampa Bay Tech Week (The Bay Inno Group) and South Box Capital as primary strategic partners.

  • Startup FundingWhere new capital is landing, and at what stage.
  • Jobs & WorkforceWhere hiring and talent density are concentrating.
  • University & ResearchThe institutional engine behind the pipeline.
  • Real Estate & InfrastructureThe physical footprint of the ecosystem and how it grows.
  • Exits & AcquisitionsThe moments that prove the model works.
  • Policy & RegulatoryThe public-side conditions shaping all of it.

From a map to an investment signal.

Every location and event is a data point. Tracked over time, they show where capital is flowing, where talent is gathering, which corridors are heating up, and which institutions are doing the quiet work that builds an economy. Each quarter, HyLo Inno will translate that data into a Tampa Bay Ecosystem Report: a consistent, hyper-local benchmark for founders, investors, institutions, and civic leaders.

Back the infrastructure.

The Map is a public good with a private cost. Keeping it live, accurate, and growing takes real resources. We are inviting a focused group of sponsors to fund it. Sponsorship is a position in the data layer the whole ecosystem reads, not a logo on a page.
